Rosie Rodriguez - Appointment Coordinator
I come from South Texas known as the “Rio Grande Valley” and have been residing in Springdale since 2004. I am happily married and have one daughter, Deyanira. I have been working for Dr. Smith since 2009 and working here has made a great impact. A friendly environment makes me feel comfortable and enjoyable. My goal is to make every patient feel the same experience and joy in a great atmosphere.

Stephanie Tackel, RDA - Treatment Coordinator
I’ve been with Dr. Smith since the beginning in 2002. I originally started as our Insurance Coordinator and moved to the TC position in 2006. I love working directly with patients and seeing how excited they get when they know the perfect smile is going to happen. I’m also a computer guru and therefore the go-to-girl for all things tech. I’m a NWA native and enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband Chris, our friends & family, and our Border Collie ‘Allie’!

Lana Olson - Financial Coordinator
I have worked for Dr. Smith since 2003. Previous to working here I was in banking management for 18 years. My husband and I moved to NWA from San Diego and have raised three daughters. We have wonderful son-in-laws along with four grandchildren. Our family enjoys going to NASCAR races and watching the grandsons play sports.

Jackuelin Walker - Insurance Coordinator
I have been a part of Dr. Smith’s staff since 2007. I started as Appointment Coordinator and have since become Insurance Coordinator. I enjoy the challenges this position brings and all of the beautiful smiles that walk through our door. I am blissfully married to my husband Tim and we have three wonderful children. I am native to NWA and spend most of my time with family enjoying the natural outdoor beauty this region has to offer, boating, camping, and four-wheeling.

Dana Sharp - Office Communications
I have been in the orthodontic field since 2000 and with Dr. Smith since he began practicing in 2002. I have held several different positions in my time with the office, including receptionist and TC. After returning from maternity leave in 2007, I handle our Office Communications and it is an honor to represent Dr. Smith to our referring dental offices and the community. I’m convinced there isn’t a more rewarding position anywhere! My time outside of work is spent chasing my active son, Logan, and getting my teenage daughter, Ashley, to dance lessons. Life is very busy, but life is very good!

CLINICAL STAFF

Carol Cypert, COA, RDA - Clinical Coordinator
I have been in the orthodontic field since 1990, becoming certified in 1994. I joined Dr. Smith’s practice in 2005. I love orthodontics, watching smiles change, and giving people confidence. My family & I enjoy the outdoors – camping, four wheeling, and dirt bike racing. I was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and love it! I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

Cheryl Wilson, RDA - Orthodontic Assistant
I have been in the orthodontic field since 1996. I have been assisting Dr. Smith since he started practicing in 2002. I feel fortunate to be able to work in such a wonderful field as orthodontics. Being able to see people gain confidence and want to smile and show off their teeth that they never would have done before is so rewarding. My time off is spent with my family. We love to fish, camp, & be outdoors as much as possible.

Adelsa Holt, RDA - Orthodontic Assistant
I have worked with Dr. Smith since 2008. I love seeing patients get the beautiful smiles they have always wanted. I enjoy basketball, volleyball, and bike riding. My hobby is spending time with my son Landen and my family.

Jamie Fuller, RDA - Orthodontic Assistant
Since I started with Dr. Smith in 2007 I have worked in sterilization, at the front desk, and in the clinic. The most rewarding position so far has been assisting Dr. Smith in the clinic. It’s great to see patients progress to a beautiful smile. I’m married to the love of my life Sean and we like hiking trails throughout Arkansas and are currently learning Mandarin Chinese.

Donna Gallaway, RDA - Lab Technician
My story is that I've come full circle professionally. Began my career in a practice in 1981. In 1997, left to start a lab for myself. (Boy! Talk about entrepreneurial seizure!) During this time I became a certified dental technician. I joined Dr. Smith and his awesome staff in 2011. Orthodontics is a profession most rewarding, challenging, and ever changing. Outside of work I enjoy going to our cabin, doing little as possible, aggravating my family, and playing "88". My time is spent shared with a husband of 30+ years and two grown kids...no grand babies...yet!
